British-era cannon balls found in Hyderabad

As many as 75 cannon balls belonging to the 18th century were recovered from an open plot near Sulthanshahi playground here, police said. After getting the information, the Commissioner’s Task Force, recovered 75 cannon balls belonging to the Nizam, British era, which were found during the digging works on a plot, belonging to one Mohammad Bin Abdullah. The cannon balls were handed over to the director of Archeological Survey of India at Koti for further action.
